Why BLACKWATER Learner Drivers
Chose QA Motoring School.

Bradley Thorn, Blackwater.
“The most important thing when looking for a driving school was finding someone who I would get along with well enough to make learning enjoyable.
Someone I could talk to comfortably and feel comfortable asking questions to.
I expected driving routes to be very similar and linear but they all felt natural and like everyday drives that put you in lots of situations that you encounter often.
I found lessons really good and all tricks and rules worked for me personally (E.G lining up bay parks etc.)
I always felt safe, like I could ask questions and make mistakes without being told off”

Caitlin Milsom, Blackwater.
“When choosing a driving instructor I wanted someone who was laid back and not awkward!
It was important that I trusted them and they trusted me.
Learning to drive was the complete opposite of what I expected. I didn’t think I would be able to get it at all, but I did!
My driving instructor Matt Whatley was great. He explains everything clearly without over complicating it. He has so much patience and I was able to speak to him easily about anything I was unsure of, or even just when I felt nervous.
I would 100% recommend QA Motoring School. Matt is good at making you feel comfortable and calm.”
I wouldn’t change anything about my experience it was great!!”

Holly Waugh, Blackwater.
“As a very nervous person the most important thing for me when choosing my driving instructor was to have someone who made me feel comfortable.
From experience with a previous driving school I found myself dreading my lessons but instead started to look forward to my lessons when I started driving with Jo.
Jo made everything clear and made driving fun.
I would definitely recommend QA as they helped me gain so much confidence with driving and helped me pass my test first time!”

Oli Jennings, Blackwater.
“The most important criteria when choosing my driving school was to have an easy going teacher.
They also needed to be patient and enthusiastic.
Learning to drive was easier than I thought, I found that I learned things quickly.
The teaching methods worked great! They were simple and allowed me to be active while learning.
I would recommend QA Motoring School to anyone, laid back learning that you can do at your own pace.”

Anya Sinclair, Blackwater.
“Most important thing about choosing my driving instructor was their pass rate history, hearing how patience and calm they were.
Someone easy to get along with, stress free and understanding.
I expected driving to be tough, however I felt every lesson I had improved and learnt something new which was important as it made the experience a lot more enjoyable.
Matt’s teaching methods were great, made difficult situations very simple, especially manoeuvres!
I’d recommend QA motoring School as the teaching was very relaxed, calm and enjoyable. Able to go at your own pace, but Matt will always push you to improve every lesson.”

Lara Trott, Blackwater.
“Most important thing when choosing a driving instructor was finding someone who was friendly and patient with you.Someone who is easy to get along with and feel comfortable around.
I thought driving was going to be difficult but with the right instructor it makes it alot easier. you improve more and learn new things every lesson.
Teaching techniques were amazing! always stayed calm, talked and helped you through any situation which then calms you down.
Would 100% recommend to people, Matt is so helpful, patient and relaxed and will always push you to be better!”

Tom Jennings, Blackwater.
“I wanted to make sure I got the right teacher to teach me correct and the best way to learn to pass my test first time.
I also wanted to make sure I felt comfortable with the person who was going to teach me and my brother said he was a normal guy and we would get along.
Learning to drive was a lot easier than I expected and I didn’t stress about it like I thought I would do.
My instructors teaching methods were very good, made it clear how he wanted me to drive, gave me hints instead of telling me straight what I have to do or what I have missed. Which is good because it made me think and learn quicker. I like how we didn’t waste anytime doing stuff I didn’t really need to be doing.
I would recommend 100% because he’s easy to talk to, he doesn’t add on to the pressure because you can have a laugh and joke around with him and a very good driving teacher!”

Natalie Gater.
“Matt of QA Motoring School is an amazing instructor!
He taught my sister to begin with who also passed first time and then I managed to too!
I didn’t get one minor at all which was the cherry on top of the cake.
I’d recommend going with QA Motoring School too as they really push their learners to do well as well as reassuring them along the way!
Thanks Matt for getting me on the road with no minors!”

Harriet Carter.
“When choosing my driving school, it was important to get along easily with my instructor because it then makes it easier to learn quickly and QA Motoring School had come recommended to me from other people.
I had found learning to be very stressful at times, especially nearer my test which I had assumed would be the other way round.
But I found my instructor, Matt Whatley used different kinds of teaching techniques to make learning things a lot simpler for me, especially the manoeuvres.
I’d recommend Matt and QA Motoring School as I was given as much advice as possible to make sure I passed.”

Jenni Leach.
“It was important for me to know I would feel comfortable learning to drive with my instructor and Matt Whatley was really patient with me, never rushed me and was always positive which gave me confidence.
To start with I found learning to drive wasn’t easy, there is a lot to remember but with confidence anything can be achieved and once you achieve it, you won’t ever forget it.
I’d recommend QA Motoring School as Matt is amazing and I will definitely miss Tuesday mornings with him!”

Jess Meads.
“I chose to learn with QA Motoring School as I wanted to be able to drive safely and pass my test within a fairly short time period.
There were so many more aspects to consider when learning to drive, however I am a better driver than I had initially expected.
I found the teaching methods sometimes tough but my instructor Matt Whatley was a good teacher, reason being as I passed first time with 0 minors!
I would recommend QA Motoring School for getting me through my test so successfully.”

Laurence Smith.
“When choosing my driving school, the most important factor for me was using an instructor that I had heard good things about from others.
As an anxious learner, I needed an instructor who was calm and not too demanding. As a full time worker, I also needed an aspect of flexibility regarding lessons.
I feel like I thrived using my instructors method of letting me make mistakes while keeping safe as this ensured I didn’t make the same mistake twice.
I would (and have!) recommended Matt Whatley from QA Motoring School to others as you enabled me to learn how to drive at my own pace while keeping safe.
I wouldn’t have changed anything other than the fact my instructor is a Manchester United fan!”

Ant Sharpe.
“I was looking for a driving school that was highly recommended and offered good prices, QA Motoring School ticked all the boxes.
My instructor Matt Whatley made learning more enjoyable than when I was with my previous instructor and it made it much easier.
The teaching methods used were excellent, I felt relaxed the whole time. I’d recommend QA Motoring School as Matt was a fantastic teacher in every lesson.
I honestly can’t see how you could improve your customer service or enhance the learning experience!”

Ollie Rudd.
“I chose to learn with QA Motoring School because of the good pass rates and their proximity to my location.
I found lessons to be less stressful than I had imagined and I found Matt’s teaching methods to be patient but ambitious.
I’d recommend QA Motoring School to friends because of the efficient teaching and also because there’s very little I would have done to improve anything.”

Tori Powell.
“Having spent 10 years driving in the U.S. already, it was important that my instructor was somebody that didn’t treat me like a new driver and was also patient teaching someone totally new to a manual car.
Learning to drive was much less complicated, confusing and difficult than expected as my instructor Matt Whatley made everything easy to understand. He was exceptional!
I’d absolutely recommend QA Motoring School because if I can pass first time then they can teach anybody to drive.
There’s nothing I’d do to improve the service I received, everything was great – especially allowing me to be myself during lessons.”

Emily Parry.
“I heard about QA Motoring School from recommendations from other students and from my parents.
It was vital for there to be good communication between my instructor and parents as well as myself to help with private practice in my own car.
Learning to drive takes time and practice for it to feel natural, but thankfully Matt Whatley was patient and went beyond the basics required to pass.
When I went for my practical test, I felt that my instructors teaching methods had been effective and had prepared me well for test.
I would definitely recommend QA Motoring School as progress was made every lesson and since passing I feel confident to drive safely.”

Ewan Beetham.

James Widman.
“I heard about QA Motoring School through recommendations from friends who have all passed their driving tests with them.
Choosing a school with a high success rate was my main criteria when researching who to learn with and QA delivered just that.
I found learning to drive easier than I had imagined which was helped along by Matt’s teaching techniques, he was clear with instructions and made things easy to pick up.
Having passed first time with 0 faults I’d have no hesitation in recommending QA Motoring School to anyone.
Nothing could have enhanced my learning experience!”

Learning to drive was more enjoyable than I expected which was a lot to do with the excellent teaching methods that were used.
I’d recommend them to others as there was nothing which I can think of that would have improved my learning to drive experience.”

Maegan Greely.
“The most important criteria for me when choosing my driving school was that my instructor would be friendly and chatty.
It was also important that my instructor would push me to do new things as I can be quite unconfident when learning new skills such as driving.
There’s a lot to learn when learning to drive, but my instructors teaching methods pushed me to do things that I wasn’t confident with which made me a better and more confident driver.
I’d definitely recommend QA Motoring School as I passed first time and saved a lot of money, I couldn’t have asked for a better instructor or experience. Thank you!”
