Why Finchampstead Learner Drivers
Chose QA Motoring School.

Aimee Randall, Finchampstead.
“The most important factor when choosing my driving school was to feel comfortable when driving and to be able to drive safely. It was also important to feel safe, have help to pass first time and be affordable.
Learning to drive was better than I expected. I managed to pass first time, gain confidence in my abilities and decrease fears I had.
I found my instructors teaching methods very helpful and informative.
I would recommend QA Motoring School. I genuinely believe I wouldn’t have been able to pass first time without the constant supportive guidance I received from Matt.
I would especially recommend to people who feel anxious about getting into a car!”

Chris Emes, Finchampstead.
“The most important factor when choosing my driving school was whether they were easy to get along with and constructive as well as being straight with me about what I was doing wrong.
Also whether the car was relatively similar to the one I would be practicing with at home.
I had exceptional circumstances (pandemic!!) so learning to drive was a lot more frustrating logistically than I’d hoped, but Matt made things clear and simple to understand so I got the hang of it a bit quicker than expected.
His teaching tips were very easy to follow and helpful.
I would recommend QA Motoring School because I passed first time and was really well prepared for the test, it also helped that Matt is a nice guy!!”

Tom Salkeld, Finchampstead.
“It was important for me that the instructor was patient with me during learning. Having someone I got along with was also important to me.
The learning process was much smoother than I expected, the idea of learning was very stressful to me but it was a great experience.
The instructors teaching methods were very logical and helpful to understand, and he has many different ways of explaining concepts if you don’t understand initially.
I would definitely recommend QA Motoring School to others if they’re looking to pass their test first time, as it was an enjoyable experience, not stressful.
I think it was a great experience and hard to find an issue with, it was hard at times to book lessons because my instructor (Matt Whatley) was very busy, tribute to his good service”

Eve Dickens, Finchampstead.
“Finding an instructor who was easy to get along with to reduce stress while learning was most important to me.
Also not being too expensive, being flexible with times.
Learning to drive was easier than expected, I assumed it would be really hard and I’d crash the car or not have enough coordination to drive and control the car. When learning to drive I had as much help as needed and given the chance to independently drive where confident, it helps when your instructor trusts you not to crash the car.
I really like the way Matt taught if there was anything I was worried about and wanted to go over he could focus the lesson around that, help was offered in areas I struggled in but I was also encouraged to try it alone to get used to it if wanted. Overall a very good teacher and very friendly, kept me calm before my test.
I would recommend you to others because the price is worth it for the good car making it easier to learn in and for the great quality of the teaching.”

Cerys Crellin, Finchampstead.
“When looking for a driving school, I wanted an instructor with good reviews and a good reputation. Somebody who is calm, friendly and enthusiastic.
I enjoyed learning to drive more than I thought I would.
My instructors teaching was very thorough, friendly and had a methodical teaching method.
I would recommend QA Motoring School, my confidence built massively as I learnt and I was made to feel like i could pass.
I found the videos very helpful for the show me tell me questions and I think other students would benefit from these.”

Thomas Opalka, Finchampstead.
“Most important criteria when researching driving schools was finding someone who can ensure I pass my exam, a good teacher and very professional.
Compared to what I expected, Matt made it very easy, made sure I wasn’t in over my head and allowed lots of time to get comfortable, so easier than expected.
Teaching methods were very satisfactory, made everything easy to remember and clearly knew what he was doing the whole time.
I would definitely recommend Matt, he was very reliable, flexible and professional. Very good instructor who made learning to drive easy. Also made me pass first time.”

Maegan Greely.
“The most important criteria for me when choosing my driving school was that my instructor would be friendly and chatty.
It was also important that my instructor would push me to do new things as I can be quite unconfident when learning new skills such as driving.
There’s a lot to learn when learning to drive, but my instructors teaching methods pushed me to do things that I wasn’t confident with which made me a better and more confident driver.
I’d definitely recommend QA Motoring School as I passed first time and saved a lot of money, I couldn’t have asked for a better instructor or experience. Thank you!”

Natalie Gater.
“Matt of QA Motoring School is an amazing instructor!
He taught my sister to begin with who also passed first time and then I managed to too!
I didn’t get one minor at all which was the cherry on top of the cake.
I’d recommend going with QA Motoring School too as they really push their learners to do well as well as reassuring them along the way!
Thanks Matt for getting me on the road with no minors!”

Harriet Carter.
“When choosing my driving school, it was important to get along easily with my instructor because it then makes it easier to learn quickly and QA Motoring School had come recommended to me from other people.
I had found learning to be very stressful at times, especially nearer my test which I had assumed would be the other way round.
But I found my instructor, Matt Whatley used different kinds of teaching techniques to make learning things a lot simpler for me, especially the manoeuvres.
I’d recommend Matt and QA Motoring School as I was given as much advice as possible to make sure I passed.”

Jenni Leach.
“It was important for me to know I would feel comfortable learning to drive with my instructor and Matt Whatley was really patient with me, never rushed me and was always positive which gave me confidence.
To start with I found learning to drive wasn’t easy, there is a lot to remember but with confidence anything can be achieved and once you achieve it, you won’t ever forget it.
I’d recommend QA Motoring School as Matt is amazing and I will definitely miss Tuesday mornings with him!”

Jess Meads.
“I chose to learn with QA Motoring School as I wanted to be able to drive safely and pass my test within a fairly short time period.
There were so many more aspects to consider when learning to drive, however I am a better driver than I had initially expected.
I found the teaching methods sometimes tough but my instructor Matt Whatley was a good teacher, reason being as I passed first time with 0 minors!
I would recommend QA Motoring School for getting me through my test so successfully.”

Laurence Smith.
“When choosing my driving school, the most important factor for me was using an instructor that I had heard good things about from others.
As an anxious learner, I needed an instructor who was calm and not too demanding. As a full time worker, I also needed an aspect of flexibility regarding lessons.
I feel like I thrived using my instructors method of letting me make mistakes while keeping safe as this ensured I didn’t make the same mistake twice.
I would (and have!) recommended Matt Whatley from QA Motoring School to others as you enabled me to learn how to drive at my own pace while keeping safe.
I wouldn’t have changed anything other than the fact my instructor is a Manchester United fan!”

Emily Mortimer .
“When researching which driving school to learn with, it was important that I found someone who was friendly, patient and made lessons fun.
It was also important that I was able to fit driving lessons in around my work schedule.
I knew learning to drive would be tough, but I found Matt Whatley’s little teaching techniques easier to remember which made the whole learning process a lot easier too.
I’d definitely recommend Matt and QA Motoring School because of how much I learnt each lesson and how fun each lesson was!
Thank you for helping me to pass my driving test, I couldn’t be happier!!”

Emma Van den Burg.
“I chose to learn with QA Motoring School because of all the recommendations I received from friends and family.
Knowing my instructor Matt Whatley was able to pick me up and drop me off at either Farnborough college or home was a service which really benefitted me.
Learning to drive was as I expected and Matt was patient which was good for me!
I’d recommend QA Motoring School to others as I really enjoyed my time learning to drive with them.”

Emma King.
“The most important criteria for me when choosing my driving school was that my instructor was relaxed and friendly and could help me pass as quickly as I wanted to.
I enjoyed learning to drive more than I thought I would and I felt like Matt’s teaching techniques helped me to pass quickly.
I’d recommend QA Motoring School because of the good reliable service and there’s nothing I’d do to improve the learning experience.”

Emily Parry.
“I heard about QA Motoring School from recommendations from other students and from my parents.
It was vital for there to be good communication between my instructor and parents as well as myself to help with private practice in my own car.
Learning to drive takes time and practice for it to feel natural, but thankfully Matt Whatley was patient and went beyond the basics required to pass.
When I went for my practical test, I felt that my instructors teaching methods had been effective and had prepared me well for test.
I would definitely recommend QA Motoring School as progress was made every lesson and since passing I feel confident to drive safely.”

Ewan Beetham.

James Widman.
“I heard about QA Motoring School through recommendations from friends who have all passed their driving tests with them.
Choosing a school with a high success rate was my main criteria when researching who to learn with and QA delivered just that.
I found learning to drive easier than I had imagined which was helped along by Matt’s teaching techniques, he was clear with instructions and made things easy to pick up.
Having passed first time with 0 faults I’d have no hesitation in recommending QA Motoring School to anyone.
Nothing could have enhanced my learning experience!”
